Our mission is to transform leaders from working harder to leading smarter so they can create sustainable impact in their organizations, industries, and communities.
Cicely built two businesses to fulfill this mission.
Through the 21st Century Leadership Institute, she installs leadership operating systems that help leaders master themselves first, then scale their impact across teams and organizations. Through Summit Public Affairs, she provides strategic counsel at the intersection of business and government, helping organizations navigate policy, manage risk, and turn stakeholder relationships into results. Every day, she works in boardrooms, on Capitol Hill, and inside leadership programs to equip the people shaping tomorrow.
This mission extends beyond her businesses. Cicely supports Head Start programs because Head Start changed her life. Growing up in Woodbury, Tennessee, that early investment gave her the foundation that opened every door that followed.
Cicely supports direct mentorship for emerging leaders because someone opened doors for her, and she believes in sending the elevator back down. She works directly with the next generation navigating high-stakes careers in government relations, public affairs, and executive leadership.
